Every message is read by a person. We usually reply within three working days.
If you put the type of your message in the subject line, we can route it faster:
- Suggestion — a new feature, a missing place, something that could be better
- Bug — a page or button that doesn't work (just tell us which address it is on)
- Content report — a trace that is misleading, harmful or infringes someone's rights (the “Report” button on the trace page is the fastest way)
- KVKK request — a request to access, correct or delete your data (privacy notice)
- Partnerships / press — local guides, tourism initiatives, writers, photographers
Copyright and rights infringement
If you believe a photo or text of yours has been used in a trace without permission, email us the link to the trace and a short explanation showing that you hold the rights; the content is taken down until it has been reviewed.
